Rise of The Phoenix, an elevated cocktail themed around the Phoenix. notes of orange, citrus, herbacious liquors, and of course Tequila! Oh almost forgot! Phoenix feather across the top, and fiery cinnamon!
Ember of A Rose! When the rose burns we jump for joy since it means we can enjoy this intricate drink. Notes of smoke, herbs, tobacco, strawberry, and juniper. I push the bar with this one might be my best cocktail creation!
